Why Anonymity Matters

TOTOz credit holders have their own reasons to explore residency and asset protection. Many of those reasons are highly confidential in nature. People seeking these services may be protecting themselves from frivolous lawsuits, political instability, arbitrary asset seizure, or personal threats. They should not have to disclose their identity simply to research their options.

We do not take any information from any member at any point in time. The questions asked and the answers received are not seen, heard, or known by any human being. They exist only between the user and an impartial AI that has been trained on all research, findings, and expertise accumulated by OZ Capital across its client base and jurisdictional knowledge.

When a user is ready to proceed, they complete their document requirements within a case on the platform. TOTOZ.io stores these documents but does not identify who the user is — there is no identity verification step. The completed documents are then disclosed to the service provider (the overseas partner handling the residency application, trust formation, or other engagement) only with the explicit authorization of the member.

The Two-Phase Model

Phase 1: Research (Anonymous)

  • No identity collected — only a wallet address

  • No paper trail of your research phase

Phase 2: Service Engagement (Identified)

  • User decides to proceed with an application
  • Submits documents to TOTOZ.io via the case system
  • Identity required by the nature of the service (passport, proof of funds, etc.)
  • Documents forwarded to OZ Capital and assigned service partner with explicit user consent
  • Documents encrypted at rest and deleted upon case completion or user request

What Is TOTOz?

TOTOz is a utility credit — a non-economic digital access credential on the BNB Smart Chain. It grants access to the Oz Agent AI service and is permanently consumed on each use.

The closest analogy: an arcade credit. You receive it, you use it, it's gone. The arcade maintains the machines as a service to the community — it does not sell the credits and has no interest in their secondary market value.

Why This Structure Works

Information service, not a regulated financial service

Asking an AI questions about residency programs is no different from researching online or reading a book on the subject. No identity is required to access information.

Identification at point of service is the standard

Lawyers, immigration consultants, and banks all identify clients when they engage — not when someone is browsing their website. Deferring identification to the service provider is how every professional services industry works.

No money moves through the platform

The credit is never sold, has no published monetary value, and is not a payment instrument. There is no funds transmission and no AML/CFT trigger.

Data minimization is the law

Under GDPR and most privacy frameworks, organizations are required to collect only what they need. If identity is not needed to deliver AI-generated information, collecting it would violate data protection principles.

The AI layer creates a clean separation

No human at TOTOZ.io sees the questions. The AI is impartial. This eliminates concerns about insider knowledge, selective disclosure, or staff being compelled to produce client records they don't have.

How We Handle Your Documents

When you choose to proceed with a service engagement and submit documents through the TOTOZ.io case system, the following applies:

What we collect

Only the documents you voluntarily upload for your case — passport copies, proof of funds, application forms, and other materials required by the service provider. We do not perform identity verification or KYC.

How documents are stored

All documents are encrypted at rest and in transit. Storage is provided via enterprise-grade infrastructure with SOC 2 compliance. Access is restricted to the automated forwarding process.

Who receives your documents

Documents are forwarded to OZ Capital Corporation, who assigns a licensed third-party service partner to process your application. You are informed of which partner is assigned before any documents are shared.

Consent and control

Before any document upload, you must provide explicit consent acknowledging that your documents will be stored by TOTOZ.io and forwarded to OZ Capital and its authorized service partners. You may withdraw consent and request deletion at any time.

Retention and deletion

Documents are retained only for the duration of your active case. Upon case completion, closure, or your request, all documents are permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days. You may request immediate deletion at any time via the case system.
